1) About Us and Scope
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.prepopedia.com and any related sub-domains, content, and services, including purchases of digital educational products (the “Services”). The Services are operated by SRK, a business registered in Slovenia (“Prepopedia,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing our products, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1.3. We sell worldwide. Consumer protection rules differ by country. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights under your local law are not excluded.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
2.1. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. Parents/guardians may purchase for and supervise use by minors.
2.2. You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
2.3. We may suspend/terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
3) Services and Digital Products
3.1. We provide digital educational content (e.g., practice questions, quizzes, lessons, downloadable materials). Product features, access duration, and technical requirements are stated on product pages.
3.2. We may update, improve, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, pedagogical standards, or legal compliance.
4) Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Payment
4.1. Prices appear on the site and may change prior to purchase. The currency charged appears at checkout (e.g., USD).
4.2. Taxes. We collect and remit applicable taxes where required (e.g., EU VAT, U.S. state sales taxes). If taxes are not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for use tax or similar in your jurisdiction.
4.3. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for the total due (including taxes/fees). Provide accurate billing details and resolve charge failures promptly.
4.4. Promotions/discounts may carry specific terms and can be withdrawn prior to use.
5) Delivery and Access
5.1. Digital content is delivered electronically (account access, download, or secure link) promptly after payment/acceptance, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. You are responsible for meeting technical requirements (device, OS, browser, connection). We are not liable for access issues caused by your equipment or connectivity.
6) Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
We do not sell subscriptions or auto-renewing plans. All payments are one-time unless a recurring term is clearly and expressly stated on the checkout page for that specific product. If any subscription is ever offered, the specific auto-renewal terms, cancellation method, and pre-renewal notices will be displayed clearly at checkout and in your confirmation email, and applicable local rules will apply.
7) EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
7.1. EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you lose that right once delivery begins with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal.
8) Refunds and Cancellations

9) License and Intellectual Property
9.1. All site/content (questions, explanations, images, videos, software, designs, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Prepopedia and protected by IP laws.
9.2. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use by you (and your minor child under your supervision) during the stated access period. No ownership transfers.
9.3. You must not copy, share, sell, sublicense, publicly display, scrape, or create derivative works from our content except as we expressly permit in writing.
9.4. Unauthorized use terminates your license and may trigger legal action.
10) User Content and Feedback
10.1. If you submit content (e.g., comments, reviews) (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, and display it to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
10.2. You are responsible for your User Content and must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful material. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.
11) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer, or probe systems;
- use bots/scrapers to harvest content or data;
- upload malware or disrupt the Services;
- infringe third-party rights or the law;
- share credentials or enable unauthorized access to paid content.
12) Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice
Our materials are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee admission, placement, scores, or outcomes. Nothing is legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
13) Warranties and Disclaimers
13.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is free of inaccuracies, though we strive for accuracy and improvement.
13.2. Mandatory consumer warranties/guarantees that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
14) Liability
14.1. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.2. Subject to 14.1 and to the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential loss, (b) loss of profits/revenue/goodwill/data, (c) losses caused by your equipment, software, or third-party services.
14.3. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, our aggregate liability for any event or related series of events shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
15) Third-Party Services and Links
We may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools (payments, analytics). Use is at your risk and governed by their terms and policies.
16) Data Protection and Cookies
16.1. We act as data controller for personal data processed via the Services. See our Privacy Policy for purposes, legal bases, retention, international transfers, and your rights (access, deletion, portability, objection, etc.).

17) Complaints; ADR/ODR (EU)

17.3. Where ADR/ODR participation is voluntary, we will consider good-faith participation.
18) Notice-and-Takedown; Digital Services Contact
18.1. Report allegedly unlawful or infringing content to info@prepopedia.com with details (URL, description, legal basis, evidence). We will review per law.

19) Sanctions, Export Controls, and Prohibited Use
You represent that you are not subject to EU/UK/US sanctions and will not use the Services in violation of export control/sanctions laws.
20) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay/failure due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor disputes, outages, regulatory changes).
21) Changes to Services or Terms
21.1. We may modify the Services or these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Material changes will be notified in advance (email and/or site notice) where legally required.
21.2. If you disagree with changes, stop using the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
22) Governing Law and Venue
22.1. Subject to mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, these Terms apply to EU law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
23) Communications
We may contact you via email, in-account messaging, or site notices. You consent to receive legally required notices electronically.
